This is a very important article to read or even just skim through. Reason being we all faced a challenge that we have never experienced before and with that being the case our daily life was effected and emotions was on a roller coaster , with not seeing your friends , not having a job and death. This article provides methods you should do to control your emotions and be positive such as identifying how you are feeling. A great article overall to get over what these last 4 months did to everyone.

I found this article to be simple at first but so compelling when I finished it. The normal be positive stuff was not here, instead it explained how you can become more positive. One example was to write down the thoughts that come to your head when thinking about a certain situation. Then find patterns of negativity and change those thoughts with positive counter thoughts. I will be heeding the advice in the article and recommend that you all do the same.
