My Thoughts:
As a high school student, it is often difficult to find time to relax between homework, extracurricular activities, a social life, and sleep. The amount of stress this puts on students is often more overwhelming than they tend to realize. Yoga is such a simple and easy way to relieve stress, even if it's just for 30 minutes a day. It combines the benefits of relaxation with strength exercise, both of which are important in mental health. By just taking several minutes out of your day to relax and breathe, you could be changing your health for the better.
