Coffee, which is one of the most consumed beverages in the world can have great health benefits in people who consumer 3-4 drinks a day. Evidence has shown that drinking coffee linked to lower risk of diabetes, dementia, heart diseases, and much more. Some may argue that coffee consumption isn't safe, however this may be due to the fact that some people load up their cups of coffee with cream and sugar which take away from the healing benefits it has to offer. Working in the coffee industry has shown me that most people do not like to drink their coffee black so this study may throw off many coffee drinkers and encourage them to continue their unhealthy habits because they think they will be benefitting from it. |
