I consider that this topic would help a lot of people because, due to the pandemic time, many people have developed high levels of stress. This issue is common around the world, and it is useful to find this type of article that provides some tips that we can apply or implement to diminish this negative feeling.

Anxiety and the fear of isolation are happening to us all during these times that we're in. The soaring unemployment rate, the COVID-19 pandemic is causing anxiety for everyone. There's a few ways to keep these feelings at bay. This isn't just a global pandemic that deals with health, but it's also an anxiety epidemic. Stress and uncertainty produces anxiety. If you feel anxious, you most likely feel fatigue, often pondering the future of your life. Anxiety can trigger a physiological response such as high blood pressure or even an emotional response like anger. 
There's a few ways that we can fight this though! Instead of avoiding new challenges or wasting opportunities to go see something that you've never seen or haven't been able to do stops now! 
To take care of your physical health, we also must pay attention to our mental health. When you need a break from anxiety, you can simply meditate; identifying toxic thoughts or emotions in the moment so that way you can really find the root of the problem. You can take a walk, which often improves your own wellbeing. When you feel an anxiety attack, nip it in the butt by focusing on your breath. Breathing is a great tactic, as it lowers the activity in the part of the brain that processes fear and anxiety.
