The SAMR Model is a way for teachers to evaluate how they integrate technology into their teaching. Is it an act of substitution? Augmentation? Modification? Or redefinition?

SAMR devient aussi en francophonie un modèle bien accepté. Ca vaut la peine d'en tenir compte dans la construction de dispositifs.

I cant even begin to describe how the concept of SAMR changed my teaching perspective. I was stuck at SA level. But now so many improvements in my teaching approaches. |

That's great thank you so much for this one. I like the way the visual takes SAMR from a different angle and uses coffee. I actually worked as a barista for several years who would have though it would be possible to draw that experience into technology in the classroom. Have you considered tagging it coffee SAMR. Wait a sec. I just did.

This visual is what best helped me understand SAMR... and I don't even drink coffee.

You need to start... Or perhaps you could just re-create and go straight to the pumpkin spice chai latte ;) High-order thinker!!!

Le modèle SAMR centré sur l'enseignement est-il compatible avec le modèle "4C" (communication - créativité-pensée critique- collaboration) centré sur l'apprentissage des élèves? Le second est le prolongement de l'autre...le point de vue de Jeff Herb.

Education at the undergraduate and graduate level will be inspired by students having lived the SAMR model´s development in primary+secondary school. How can we build knowledge, skills and critical thinking from that baseline? |
