Por medio de Dolors Capdet (https://plus.google.com/u/0/105375138443658876517), he tenido acceso a la noticia relativa a la nueva política 'Open Access' del RCUK (http://www.rcuk.ac.uk/media/news/2013news/Pages/130305.aspx), basada en las recomendaciones del Finch Report (http://www.researchinfonet.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Finch-Group-report-FINAL-VERSION.pdf) sobre Open Access, en la que se establece que... "all published research articles and conference proceedings funded by the RCUK from 1 April 2013 must be open access".
