Celly qu'est-ce que c'est ? L'idée est géniale : pouvoir créer en 2 clics son propre réseau "twitter-like" (à la façon de Twitter) privé ou public ! Il vous suffit de créer un compte, créer votre « cell » (un groupe) et d’inviter des personnes à y participer. Plusieurs configurations sont possibles mais restent très simples. Vous pouvez ainsi rendre votre « cell » publique ou privée. Pour s’y connecter les personnes doivent soit fournir un pseudo, soit une mini biographie, soit le mot de passe que vous leur aurez préalablement fourni. Vous pouvez ajouter une image à votre « cell » en indiquant son URL sur Internet. Vous pouvez programmer un message à l’avance. Il est même possible de créer un sondage à la manière des questions sur Facebook. Enfin, pour les « cells » avec un grand nombre d’utilisateurs, il est possible à un administrateur de modérer certains messages.
