When it comes to the education sector, there is an important nobility to aggressively striving to work ourselves out of a job. At the same time, be a champion for advancements and developments that promise to address some of our greatest educational challenges. I tend to believe that skilled, adaptive and committed people in education will always have something to contribute, even if their current role is no longer needed.
