I agree completely with You! That is a revolution, an innovation... Great to see all these training material (pdf) published by the MIT #open-source initiative. It's an important step in regard with the trainee (self-learning) and for the trainer (sharing the learning material). It's not collaborative for the moment, but it's an important first step :)
