THE Reality . I hear most screaming ALREADY, WE are ONLY on EDUcation 1.0, or EDUcation 2.0 and starting to LEARN; EDUcation 3.0 is foreseen in the next years!!! Give us the time to LEARN!!!
Well, WE are ALREADY on EDUcation 4.0, did YOU know THAT!?SO… it might be GOOD to START learning straight off NOW about EDUcation 4.0 as the LOWER versions (EDUcation 3.0) are ALREADY included, isn’t it!?

This is an interesting site, because in the last fifteen years many people talk about "learning to learn", but few know and orientate students to get it. Here we have an indication.

TEACHers, EDUcators SHOULD get reduced in teaching classes for a certain time AND following Professional Development courses by experienced coaches during that time… These experienced coaches (from inside or outside the school) could get named “Key Instructors” or something else. Once THEY know it by PracTICE it’s THEIR role to give “Professional Development” courses to other teachers, educators. The curriculum as well SHOULDN’T be static, it MUST get updated as soon as there is something NEW to adapt to the situation.

If people are given the right tools and the right environment, will they spontaneously collaborate and share knowledge? Why do some people find it difficult to share and collaborate? Would incentives and rewards make a difference?
Collaboration in the workplace is now high on the priority list of many organisations seeking to leverage social technologies to free-up knowledge and provide opportunities for co-creation, co-production and innovation.
Gust MEES: I was one of the TOP10 Knol authors (Google Knol discontinued its service as on May 1, 2012) and I was involved in a lot of collaborative articles with multicultural authors and it was a very positive experience... I hope one day having the same opportunity back again on WordPress now...
